 "description": "El geodato se creo utilizando las direcciones que estan registradas en el Centro de Recaudaciones de Ingreso Municipales. Se proceso las tablas para eliminar todas las direcciones locales e identificar por zipcode y/o pais y/o estado aquellas direcciones en el extranjero. Una vez se estandarizo la tabla con las direcciones en el extranjero se georeferenciaron en coordenadas State Plane NAD 83. Se analizo la tabla y se creo una tabla Pivote donde se relacionan el total de propiedades ,con dueño en el extranjero, con los municipios. Realizando un Join table se unio la tabla al geodato de municipios de la Junta de Planificación.Analisis creado por la Junta de Planificación por petición de la Autoridad de Puertos. La base tabular de las direcciones que se utilizo para realizar el ejercio tiene fecha de abril de 2014Fecha creación del geodato: 23 de Julio de 2014Descripción de los Atributos:Municipio: Nombre del municipio de Puerto Rico donde localiza la propiedadpropiedade:El Total de propiedades por municipio con dueños en el extranjero",
